Otherwise I have had no issues with this setup, and besides the ethernet that I'm using, I've also connected a MicroSD card (formatted as FAT32 unfortunately), USB sticks (also FAT32 only right now), and even a usb webcam for use in Duo, which works great up on the TV. Just note that the power supply does not come with a usb-c to usb-c cable, and the Chromecast's stock psu is usb-a -> usb-c so I needed to find a cable for it too. Again, I did not upgrade the power supply, still using the 7.5W power supply that came with the CCWGTV.Īgain, I got all of this info off of the Reddit site and people's suggestions, thanks to the community for all the help! I was surprised that I didn't need to update my power supply and it all worked. So I can view OTG flash drives, connect a bluetooth mouse/keyboard combo, connect to my webcam and have Google Duo calls directly from CCWGTV, and I can stream movies off my WD 1TB HDD (NTSF formatted drive).
